To return a product, please contact us by e-mail comercial@alover.es or by phone 647 76 96 96 49 with the following information
- Order number
- Items you wish to return
- Full name
- Address

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your order, so we give you 14 days to return your order.
In order for the return to take place, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. In other words:
- Unused.
- With their labels
- No dirt or deterioration
The refund will be made as soon as we receive your return in our shop (it can take up to 15 days). Please note that shipping costs are not refunded. The method of refund depends on the type of payment you chose:
If you paid by credit card or BIZUM, the payment will be made in the same way within 10 days of receipt of your package.

In the shop, free of charge as if it were an in-store purchase. Show up with your packaging and purchase invoice and we will refund the amount of your purchases, shipping costs if they were at our expense will be deducted from the amount.

The right of withdrawal shall apply provided that the products are returned in identical conditions to those in which they were sent, together with their packaging, packaging and original seal, complete with accompanying documentation.
